This is a personal food blog which I started writing as a hobby in 2006 with my co-founder Paul.
I am a real foodie at heart and a passionate home cook. I enjoy cooking and writing about my home cooked meals, scrumptious puddings and cakes.
Food writers who particularly inspire many of the posts include Annie Bell, Nigel Slater, Jamie Oliver, Nigella, Diana Henry, Delia Smith, Mary Berry and numerous cookery writers.
During the life of the blog I've been sent exciting kitchen cookware, electricals and utensils for review but I have also invested in kitchen gadgets of my own and these too appear on the blog in various posts.
Kitchen Delights has a London based reporter(Paul), who regularly attends food/drink events and restaurants reviews, either at weekends or evenings.
I have created a free eBook 'Kitchen Delights Winter Puddings'. The recipes include Apple Crumble with a delicious crumble topping, Bakewell Tart with a crunchy iced topping, Steamed Lemon Pudding with Mixed Berry Jam, Baked Apple, and a luxurious Bread and Butter Pudding with sultanas soaked in brandy.
